By placing a print order at Quickprinter Inc. agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Approval
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
Quickprinter Inc. is NOT LIABLE for customer errors such as: poor graphics, bleeds, misspellings,
typos, damaged or wrong fonts, formatting, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, finished
product size, bleeds, incorrect choice of paper or binding method, any color shift that may occur
in conversions to CMYK, ect.

Payment

All orders MUST be prepaid prior processing. Absolutely NO REFUNDS,
once we process your order. You certify that you are authorized to place an order on
behalf of your organization, if applicable and that you are responsible for payment.
We accept Visa & Master Card. You may mail in a certified check or a money order.
All payments must clear before processing any order. Under no circumstances
will we be held responsible for delayed processing of an order due to non-payment.

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to sales tax of 8.375%.
If client is tax exempt, a copy of exemption certificate must be faxed with first order.
International customers will be required to pay any applicable custom duties.

All sales are final

Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Since every order is a custom product (can not be reused or resold),
returns or refunds of any kind are not possible. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Fees
Quickprinter Inc. will charge $50 for hardcopy proofs (if selected) and when applicable
a $50/hr fee for everything associated with pre-press, starting at $20 to fix a file that is
not setup correctly or any other minimal modification necessary for production.

Corrections
Customer corrections include all work performed in addition to the original specifications
provided, these must be specified in writing. Such work will be charged at our current rates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If your order has been approved, you must call and speak to a representative.
If we can catch your order before it goes to plate, we will be able to cancel it (initial deposit
and all prepress costs will not be refunded), but if the order is plated and in production,
you are responsible for full payment.
File Requirements
We do not guarantee quality on orders that do not meet the minimum requirements.
See our accepted files link. Quickprinter Inc. reserves the right to use its sole discretion
to refuse any service if unable to process your files.
Quickprinter Inc. is NOT LIABLE if unable to process your files.

 

Submitted Files

ANY SUPPLIED MEDIA WILL NOT BE RETURNED. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL MEDIA.
Quickprinter Inc. does not archive your order for longer than it takes to produce and ship the final product.

Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments caused by third party companies.
Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a shipping delay or lost shipment.
If a package is not delivered due to a customer error: improper shipping address,
Quickprinter Inc. will reship the order and charge the shipping fee for the shipment.
We are not responsible for orders left over 21 days.

Turnaround Policy
Turnaround times are estimates only and NOT guarantees. Turnaround times vary and start from the day
(prior noon) we receive the accepted proof and payments are clear. Any artwork preparations by us or finishing
options increase the production time depending on its complexity. There will be no liability or penalty for
delays due to delivery service, accidents, breakdown of equipment, illness, theft, vandalism, state of war, riot,
civil disorder, fire, strikes, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, contractors or any other causes
beyond the control of the provider. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Mon.- Thurs. will be processed the next day.
Orders placed Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Yearbook turnaround times are estimated (NOT guaranteed) 4-5 weeks depending on current workload.

 

Prices & Estimates
All estimates subject to examination of final Artwork & Files. Online prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations are good for
21 days; these are based on the accuracy of the specifications submitted. Quickprinter Inc. can requote a job, if the art does not conform
to the information on which the original quotation was based. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Online Proofs (e-mail)
Please take note that an online proof is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your order but a final opportunity
to proofread the content (graphics, bleeds, typos, spelling, fonts, formatting, cuts, folds, size, color mode, ect.).

Pre-press Proofs
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between prepress proofs and the production press, a color variation between pre-press proofs and the completed order is to be expected. If such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable. There is no guarantee that your printed order will match your prepress or press proof.

Quantity Variations
Quickprinter Inc. will print slightly more than what you ordered. In the event of an under run, as printing industry trade standards
allow for under ages of up to 10%. Let us now when you place an order if you need the exact amount ordered. Under no
circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a quantity that was shorted less than 10%.

Cutting & Size Limitations
Because of limitations with our printing process, the accuracy of cutting is not guaranteed and when
placing an order you agree to this limitation. We recommend that you do not use borders. Under no circum-
stances will a reprint be honored for cutting or size variations that occurred during the production process.

Sample Use
Quickprinter Inc. reserves the right to use your product for samples or advertising purposes unless otherwise requested.

Promotion
Quickprinter Inc. reserves the right to place a small, discreet promotional statement on
the bottom or back side of each order unless otherwise requested (additional fee applies).

Copyright
Quickprinter Inc. shall not be held liable for any content submitted by the Customer that violates copyright or
trademark law. The Customer guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Quickprinter Inc. to duplicate.
No part of this site (text, look, layout, images) may be copied or duplicated in any form or by any means whatsoever.

 

Trademarks
All trademarks appearing on the Quickprinter Inc. web site are trademarks of their respective owners.

Right to Subcontract
Quickprinter Inc. has the right to assign any order to another contractor.

Right to Refuse & Termination

Quickprinter Inc. reserves the right to use its sole discretion to refuse any service without disclosing a reason.

In the event that Quickprinter Inc. has reasonable grounds to suspect, that your registration information
is inaccurate or that activity in violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred within your account,
we can terminate your access to your account without notice and refuse to authorize its future use.

Guarantee

Quickprinter Inc. offers a quality guarantee on most orders. If your order contains a defect in workmanship within
our control, we will rerun it at our expense, only after receipt of your returned order.
We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing defect is.
Claims
Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be reported in writing within 24 hours of order receipt.

If no such claim is made, Quickprinter Inc. and the Customer will understand that the order has been accepted.
By accepting the order, the Customer acknowledges that Quickprinter Inc's. service has fully satisfied all terms & specifications.
Under 18
If you are under 18, you may use quickprinter.net only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.

Jurisdiction/ Venue
All users agree that any disputes arising under these terms shall be governed by the laws
of the State of New York. All users further agree that the Courts of the State of New York
shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue in which any dispute arising under
these terms shall be determined.
Limitation of Liability & Warranty
CLIENT AGREES THAT USE OF SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CLIENT'S OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED, "AS IS/ WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND", EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY,
WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES;
2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY:
ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CLIENT. NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

Indemnification
The client represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from our print service.
In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is
made or commenced against our print service based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged
wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by
our print service ordered by the client:
A. infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or
B. contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene,
the client shall indemnify and hold our print service harmless from and against any loss,
damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation;
1. defending Quickprinter Inc. against any such Claim
2. paying any judgment or award against the customer; &
3. reimbursing our print service for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.

Industry Trade Customs

Additionally, all other industry trade customs will apply.
